Activate your potential_Live your best life

M.C. Warren is my pen name. I chose to use this name as it comprises of the middle initials and middle name of my kids.

Why their names and not mine…

It was a small homage to them as they (unknowingly to them) played a large part in my decision to become my own boss and to live life on my own terms.

It was also quite relevant as my first adventure into being an author was with “Good morning, hello. Good night, sweet dreams”. That book was a direct result of a song I made up to sing to them. It was heavily influenced by the things I learnt as I delved into maximizing my potential through personal development.

Books & Publications

Each of these books was written with specific intent.

They were all influenced by what I was learning and teaching.

The children’s books are written to share what I believe are key ideas and concepts that many of us learn as adults. The intent is to introduce these learning early so that our kids learn and use them from early in their growth.

Imagine the possibilities for them if they learn early, what you learnt late.

Just imagine the possibilities…

Good morning, hello. Good night, sweet dreams

Why I had these recorded…

I sang these songs every morning and every night to my younger kids for months. I got them recorded with the specific intent to play them if I was unable to sign them myself.

If you are exploring this page, or even reading this, I am sure you’ve come across the concept of affirmations as a way to build self-belief and self-esteem. The more we hear something the more it influences us, and this is especially so for young children.

The songs have specific messages of kindness, gratitude and affirmations. Each is repeated several times. By my estimation, if either of these is played in the morning or at night for 15 minutes, they will hear positive affirmations repeated over 30000 times in a year.

I know I could not commit to saying it 30000 times in a year. I use the songs for that purpose.
